Audi was established on 16th July 1909  by August Horch, an engineer, and he named his invention after his name in Latin. Horch is Audi. Audi partnered with Wanderer, DKW, Horch, and the Audiwerke enterprises, the original Horch company forming Auto Union in 1932. The modern-day Audi became a subsidiary company for Volkswagen from Daimler-Benz and merged with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969. BMW  full name Bayerische Motoren Werke, was initially called Rapp Motorenwerke GmbH an aircraft engine manufacturer ,was founded in1913  by Karl Rapp. BMW first made aircraft engine, then made motorcycles, and later became a manufacturer of automobiles in 1928. Its headquarters is in Bavaria, Germany.BMW makes luxury motorcycles and vehicles, hatchbacks, SUVs, saloons, participated in Formula1, several Touring Car Championships with a circular blue and white roundel logo, and 2,028,659 cars sold in 2020 worldwide. 4. Porsche

Porsche was started in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche, who was among the founders of the Volkswagen Beetle but left to pursue his interest in high-performance motors and racing. The first Porche 911 highly resembles the Beetle as the designs were born from then but changed a little to give it a modern vibe. Its headquarters are in Stuttgart. The Porsche logo comes from merging prancing horse and stag coat of arms of the city and region where the company was founded, Struggart and Württemberg, in that order. Mercedes-Benz is a luxurious German brand, established on 28th June 1926 by Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler. Karl Benz is famous for inventing the first automobile engine in a car, Benz Patent Motorwagen, a self-propelled vehicle that ferried people.
